Can I choose the genre or artist?
No — that's the whole point. The surprise is the experience. We pick based on what's genuinely great in our stock that month. Every CD is hand-selected, not random.
Are the CDs new or used?
All CDs are brand new. Sealed, unopened, and in perfect condition when they leave us.
When will I be charged each month?
On the same date each month as your original sign-up. You'll receive an email confirmation before each charge goes out.
How do I cancel?
Log in to your We-Rock account, go to Manage Subscriptions, and cancel in one click. No fees, no faff. Any boxes already dispatched that month will still be delivered.
What if I already own the CD you send?
It happens! A sealed new CD makes a brilliant gift. We're working on a swap option — keep an eye out. If there's an issue, drop us a message and we'll do our best to sort it.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently UK-only. International shipping is on the roadmap — sign up to our mailing list and we'll let you know when it's available.
