Chainsaw's Law by Infernoise (CD, 2009).

'The Chainsaw's Law' isn't exactly like 'Vulgar Display of Power' but it might as well be; thick and chugging riffs, barked vocals, bass guitar following root notes and double-bass driven drums. Of course the modern sensibilities can be piled on top such as breakdowns and an innumerable amount of pinch harmonics. "Ritual" has like a billion of them, at least.
