Mutiny Within is an American heavy metal band from Edison, New Jersey. The band was formed in 2002 by bassist Andrew Jacobs.

Neoclassical/metalcore band from Edison, New Jersey, USA. Formed in 2002 under the name "Mutiny", and in 2008, after signing with Roadrunner Records, changed name to "Mutiny Within". The band released a single album through Roadrunner Records but did not make the minimum sales required and was subsequently dropped.

The record label drama caused vocalist Chris Clancy and drummer Bill Fore to quit the band. In 2012 the band reformed, self-releasing the album Synchronicity on digital outlets in 2013, followed by Origins in 2017.
